Refund/Cancelation Policy: I will take returns and offer refunds as long as the piece has been taken to the post office to be shipped back to me within two weeks of its delivery date to you. The piece must be returned to me. I will not offer any kind of refund if the piece of jewelry is not returned. For an order cancelation – I ship within 2/3 days of receiving the order. Once you receive the tracking number, it is too late to cancel, and you must follow the return/refund timeline.

 

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: I ship within 2/3 days of the order being placed. Every order gets a tracking number, and is automatically insured up to $100. If additional insurance is needed, I pay out of pocket to cover that for you.
